Unless someone wants to buy me some time on my subscription here... I think I'm going to let it expire. I mostly got it for the ad-free-ness and the 100 devs in the devwatch, but now with v6, half of my reasons for being subbed are gone. I certainly wouldn't object to the gift of subscription, and even though I could renew, I'm thinking of being responsible and spending that money on something else _{*damn Yen, get closer to 100!*}

I don't update my journal much, I haven't uploaded art since... May '08, I just kinda lost the art groove... I still check here every time I'm on the computer, but I don't feel too welcome. Maybe I will someday, but I'm not leaving completely. Hopefully I'll find my art groove again. So, this is kind of a half good-bye (unless someone buys me some subbed time, then I will certainly draw something for you ^_^)

I feel very unsatisfied with my art. And even though the only way to get better is to work on it and practice, I can't find it in myself to practice. I used to like drawing, or I thought I liked it, but looking back at it now, it seems like I'm such a perfectionist that I never actually enjoyed drawing in the last few years. I did it yeah, but I don't have really fond feelings for it... I don't quite get it :\

Okay, I would like to try to get some money so I can buy something, so I'm going to do $5 commissions. *Although, no one in my devwatch has money...*

(To those of you who don't follow me on LJ, which gets updated way more than here)

Okay, I figured out how to type Japanese on my computer... But the little Language Toolbar is not cooperating.
(pardon the attempt at Japanese)

私は日本語を書くことができます。　(I can write in Japanese.)

I can't get the little toolbar to show up in the taskbar (like it shows here (in the first 2 pics on the right). And, when I "minimize" the toolbar, it disappears completely and I have to go through a lot of text boxes to get it to show up again....

How can I get it to show up next to my right-hand-side taskbar icons?

Also, what are these and how do I get rid of them? i don't want them
