My Terms for Commissions:

- I accept payment through PayPal and the mail.

- I will draw almost anything. When it comes to sexy pictures, do not ask for something explicit. Ask for something romantic and fluffy .

- Please provide a reference if it is something that I am not familiar with. Also provide a detailed description of the type of picture you want.

- It will be in my style, which is a combination of anime and manga. I will try to keep as close to the original character design as I can.

1. Please Note me or comment on this journal.
2. Subject header should be: "Commission - Your Name"<--insert your name here so I can tell who it is for and tell me what site I would know you from.
3. Tell me what you want and how you would like to pay so I can give you my info.
4. I will e-mail you a proposal sketch to see if it is what you would like. Once approved, you will send full payment to me so I can start working on it.

- My work will commence when I have successfully received your payment, and you will receive your commissioned piece in a timely fashion, within a month (30 days) of receipt of payment.
*Please note that depending on the type of work you have commissioned from me, it may take a little more time to complete (i.e. really complicated). I will try my best to have it completed on-time.
- A large, high quality digital image to be sent electronically, where applicable.
- It will have a signature/watermark, but it will not take away from the image. You want to know who did your art, don't you?

Legal:

- You WILL NOT give out my personal information to anyone. I will not give out your personal information.

- You can post the drawing online, on any free-access site as long as you credit me as the artist (if posting to a free art hosting site, you must comply with that site's Terms of Service).

- The image cannot be reproduced for sale or profit in any way by the person who commissioned it, and cannot be displayed on a paid site (accessible by subscription). If you wish to do this, please contact me to purchase the copyright to the image. This is an additional fee. Commissioning me to draw you something does not give you the right to make a profit off of my work, even if the image is of a character that is not of my own design. Unless you obtain a signed, written document from me stating that I have relinquished my rights to the work in question, I retain all copyrights and the image remains my intellectual property.

- I can freely display the image on web pages, and it will be watermarked as a commission.

- If the image features an original character, I won't do anything with it without the explicit written consent of the creator of the character, and will not sell the image for profit. If the image is displayed by me on a webpage and features an original character that is not of my own design, the creator of said character will be given full credit for the character design, but I will still retain rights to the image itself (unless those rights are purchased).

- If you wish to have a print of the image that I draw for you it will be an additional cost to you. This cost will cover printing and shipping/handling, but will not cover any fees incurred when the work is crossing any borders (US-CAN or International).



Things I will NOT draw:
-Anthro/Furries (ears and/or tail and/or wings on someone is fine.)
-Shota/Loli (Also Known As: children in sexual situations)
-Mecha or machines (includes cars, Gundam, robots. Guns are fine, but don’t expect them to be entirely accurate.)
-Real people (i.e. Celebrities).
-Mpreg (Men being pregnant)
-Explicit hentai/yaoi/yuri or blood/violence
-Male nudity (Butt or chest is fine.)

*Please be 18 or older if you want a sexy picture.*

Prices:

- Head shot to waist shot: $5 - $10 (respectively)
- 3/4 to Full Body: $12 - $15 (respectively)

- Line Art is the same as a clean sketch, so it is the base price.

- Flat Colors: Add $5

- Cel Shading: Add $5 - $8 (Choose Shadows or Shadows and Highlights (respectively))

- More than one character: Add $5 - $10 per character (Depends on complexity of the additional character(s))

- No or Simple Background (Single color, Gradient, Stripes, etc.): add $1

- Complex Background (Church, Trees, Couch, Room): add $8

Print Prices (printed on home printer with HP Vivera ink on photo paper) (without postage/shipping) (If a commission, add to commission price):
4x6 inch: $3
8 1/2x11 (normal Letter size paper) Glossy: $10

They will be mailed in an envelope with a piece of cardboard, so they don’t get mangled.

You can choose a commission or a piece that is already in my gallery for a print (except gift art, unless you are the one that received the gift, then you get it for free if you want one).
